Wellbeing massages are designed to give health benefits guaranteed to melt away your stress and tension. Delivered by Jo, our amazing Wellbeing Therapist who has been supporting Carers Leeds for many years, helping carers unwind and take some time to recharge those batteries!
Treatments are just £5 per session lasting 50 minutes. Choose from Indian Head Massage, Foot, Hand, Face, Back and Neck Massage.
Please note these sessions are limited spaces per month. For that reason, appointments will be given on a first come first served basis and only two appointments per carer is available per year.
We will be taking bookings from 5th August and these will be first come, first serve.
