Wild Wellness Group is an evening for parent/carers to relax around the fire in the woods. Included are snacks, hot drinks and candle lit music accompaniment, in a private woodland. There will be a group cook where people are encouraged to join in if they would like and an opportunity for some bushcraft skills. Small numbers will keep this an intimate and relaxed event, time for you to unwind and reflect.
