Dreams Workshop with Beth Moulam

Beth, who has Cerebral Palsy and represented Great Britain at Tokyo 2020 in Boccia, has been a lifelong dreamer. Whether it be independence, education and going to University, or achieving at the highest level of elite sport, Beth has followed her dreams and watched them become a reality with her hard work, dedication and grit.

Now it’s YOUR turn to start dreaming and get on the road to making your dreams a reality.

Beth believes that dreaming, whether awake or asleep, comes from a place deep inside us, sparking a desire to achieve something special in life. As a lifelong dreamer, Beth will share her lived experiences and resources on how she has made her own dreams a reality, including becoming a Paralympian.

Bring a dream of your own and be guided during the session to make your own dreams into actionable goals.

Perfect for those of GCSE age and above starting to think about their future and what it looks like, but equally suitable for younger & older participants alike.
