We influence strategic developments, policy and ways of working across health and social care. This includes links with the Local Authority, NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Local Care Partnerships (LCPs) in Leeds. Our work is informed, driven and led by our members. We are a charity that works to increase social inclusion for people who face exclusion due to any form of disability. We promote inclusion through the provision of activities in green spaces and other indoor and outdoor day trips and events. We also host community projects which include events with an arts, nature, history or conservation focus. We also have a CIC side which supports independence and boosts confidence with Active travel support and provision of wheelchair skills courses.

Supporting babies, children and adults living with congenital heart disease. We work in the healthcare sphere, serving patients and supporting staff living and working in the world of congenital heart disease. We have family support worker who signs posts for families, depending on their needs. We also run the fundraising side of what we do, which leads onto supporting meaningful projects that support the NHS specifically for Babies, Children and Adults living with congenital heart disease.
