Information session: Wills and trusts

Planning for the future is important, especially for carers. You may not want to think about what will happen after you die and the thought of putting it down in writing can be upsetting. However, writing a will allows you to set out what you want to happen after you die.

At this informative session Clarion Solicitors will be helping you plan for the future and give you a clear overview of what is involved in the complex world of wills and trusts, preparing and administering Lasting Powers of Attorney and answering any questions that you may have.

This event is accessed over the internet via Zoom. To take part you will need access to a computer, smart phone or tablet.

If you need support to get involved or have any queries, please email our friendly events administrator Nashima – Nashima.Choudhury@carersleeds.org.uk.

To book a place, click here and the zoom joining instructions will be e-mailed to you.

We’re looking forward to seeing you there.
