Our Mission

At Leeds Therapy Hub CIC, our mission is to make Mental health support accessible for everyone — helping children, young people, and adults across West Yorkshire to heal, grow, and thrive. We believe everyone deserves compassionate, affordable, and inclusive support that builds resilience, restores balance, and empowers individuals to live healthier, more fulfilled lives.

Who We Are

Leeds Therapy Hub CIC is a not-for-profit community organisation providing free, subsidised, and private therapy options for children and adults. Our team of qualified therapists, practitioners and coachers combines professional expertise and lived experience to offer both traditional and holistic therapies in a warm, non-judgmental environment. To reduce waiting times, Clients can self-refer directly — with no healthcare professional required.

Our Key Services

  1. Play and Creative Arts Therapy (Ages 5–16)
    Supporting children and young people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, ASD, grief, or family challenges.
    Through creative play, art, sand tray, drama, and music therapy, children learn to express emotions safely, build confidence, and strengthen emotional regulation.
  2. Six-Week Wellness Re-Set:
    Designed for adults managing chronic illness, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, or trauma.
    This holistic programme blends energy healing, somatic experiencing, CBT, mindfulness, and breathwork to promote relaxation, resilience, and self-awareness.
  3. Transformative Art for Wellness (Adults)
    A gentle, creative approach to mental health for adults affected by trauma, anxiety, depression, or neurodiversity.
    Participants will explore emotions through art-making in a safe, supportive space, no artistic skill needed. Clients will also learn strategies to help manage their mental health, leaving with a toolbox of skills that they can use throughout there lives.

Training for Schools, Employers, and Professionals

We also deliver specialist training to empower educators, caregivers, and organisations to create inclusive, emotionally safe environments.
Topics include:

  1. PACE and Attachment Theory Training – promoting emotional safety and understanding trauma.
  2. ADHD-Friendly Classroom Training – practical strategies to improve focus, engagement, and self-regulation.
  3. Sensory Needs Training – understanding and supporting sensory processing challenges in children and adults.
  4. Training and therapy sessions are offered in-person (home, school, or workplace) or online for flexibility and accessibility.
