Come along and meet the Leeds Parent Carer Forum team. We want your views!
There will also be a session called Supporting and Understanding Communicative Behaviours (delivered by Meg Pickard, Yorkshire Co-ordinator, Autism Central / Daisy Chain Project).
The session will explore:
– Understanding and comparing different types of behaviour and what they might be trying to convey; and
– Identifying strategies to support an individual with their communication needs.
She will also provide information about the Autism Central service in Yorkshire and the kind of support and learning opportunities available to parents and carers.
