Leeds are working with Nesta who are a national charity which are focused on improving outcomes of children under five. Leeds submitted an expression of interest to work with Nesta on an innovation partnership focused on improving outcomes for our under-fives.
We have now started this work and really want to involve parents and carers with children under five in this exciting work. We are holding two Let’s Talk engagement sessions so we can tell you more about the work and how you can be involved. It’s really important to us that we have parents and carers involved and can help us take this work forward.
We are keen to hear from the parents and carers who represent the diversity of Leeds and this includes fathers and male carers. Please do come along to one of the sessions to find out more, we would love to hear from you.
We are holding the Lets Talk on the following dates:
Thursday 13th May 6.00-7.00pm
Monday 17th May 10.00-11.00am
The sessions will online on zoom and the login details will be sent to you once you have signed up. There will be a small thank you gift for anyone who attends.
If you are interested in finding out more or signing up to one of these sessions please contact Lesley on Lesley.Wilkinson2@leeds.gov.uk or phone / text on 07712214938
If you are keen to get involved but can’t make these days/times please get in touch as if there is enough interest we can look to run another session at a different time.
