We offer information, advice and signposting, as well as emotional support. We can offer emotional support either on a one-to-one basis, or through our monthly support groups. We can also help with applying for benefits, form filling, advocacy, and supporting families through other processes such as EHCPs or Early Help Plans. We can take referrals from professionals but people are also welcome to self-refer for our service. Below is a video by @CarersLeeds and @irwinmitchell on how to complete a DLA form. It takes people through how to complete a new claim form or renewal to ensure the best possible information is submitted to maximise chances of a successful claim.   http://bit.ly/3ooowNq
