PHAB Club Leeds

Would you like to join the PHAB Club? We meet at the Prince Philip Centre, Scott Hall Avenue, Leeds 7 on Friday evenings between 7.00 – 9.00 for evenings of friendship and fun. Every Friday is different – with lots of music, entertainment, discos and parties, or you can sit quietly and chat with friends. Our members are from 9 years to 90 (many are in their teens & twenties). A few members have been coming for forty years or more. We also have super outings in our PHAB minibuses: fish & chip evenings, canal trips, bowling and burger evenings and summer residentials. Where possible we provide transport. If you have a physical disability or mild learning disability, or life limiting illness or able bodied – you are welcome to join the PHAB family.

Regional adoption agency for West Yorkshire. Providing support for families with adopted children. Our core adoption support offer includes access to specialist support groups, stay and play sessions, access to a members area on our website, training workshops and parenting help. We also have a multidisciplinary team who can help with speech and language therapy, clinical psychology, education support. We can also help adoptive families access specialist therapeutic support through the Adoption Support Fund following a needs assessment.

Barca-Leeds is a community-based charity, a registered company limited by guarantee. We are an organisation that delivers transformational projects for adults, children, young people and families in Leeds, connection them with our services that respond to the needs of each individual. We help people overcome the barriers they face in fulfilling their potential by delivering advice, support and guidance, at a community and individual level.
